About NRCA
The New Rochelle Council on the Arts was created in 1975 by the New Rochelle City Council. NRCA is a 501(c)(3) organization. In 2005 it became an independent organization whose Mission is:
To stimulate and encourage the study and presentation of the performing and fine arts and the public's interest and participation therein.
To foster and support arts in the community and to serve as a portal to the arts for New Rochelle residents and community members.
To create opportunities for the public to encounter and explore art and increase access to the arts in New Rochelle.
Programs are made possible by support from ArtsWestchester with funds from Westchester County Government. the City of New Rochelle and the support and participation of membership
